Onlar belediyelerini y\u00f6netecekler, \u00f6rg\u00fct i\u015fine kar\u0131\u015fmayacaklar. \u0130l ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ve il\u00e7e ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 siyaset \u00fcretecekler.
