Zab\u0131ta M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince baz\u0131 firma ilgililerinin tebli\u011fde belirtilen hususlara uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde tutanak tutularak yasal i\u015flem ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fkan Ahmet Aras, konuya ili\u015fkin olarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBodrum\u2019da ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in yetki ve imkanlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye devam ediyoruz. Belediye olarak t\u00fcm gayretimiz, kentimizin gelece\u011fini korumak. Ancak bu konuda, ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za, \u00e7abalar\u0131m\u0131za katk\u0131 sunmalar\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. T\u00fcm tebligat ve a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131m\u0131za ra\u011fmen ka\u00e7ak ve ruhsats\u0131z in\u015faatlara beton d\u00f6ken firmalar\u0131 tespit ettik ve etmeye de devam edece\u011fiz. Zab\u0131ta ekiplerimizce gerekli tutanaklar tanzim edilerek Kabahatler Kanununun ilgili maddelerince para cezalar\u0131 kesiliyor.
