Halk Kart ile ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi vatanda\u015flar sadece g\u0131da, giysi, k\u0131rtasiye ve temizlik gibi temel ihtiya\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini sat\u0131n alabiliyor.
