Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 A\u011fan konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ticari ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7ark\u0131 olan sanayide istihdam konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck zorluklar ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Bu sebeple biz de Koruma Kurulu toplant\u0131m\u0131zda bu konu g\u00fcndeme gelince neden h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclere mesleki e\u011fitim sa\u011flam\u0131yoruz diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck ve bir proje geli\u015ftirmeye karar verdik.
