Bahse konu Konac\u0131k Mahallesi 2316 Parsel i\u00e7in m\u00fclga Konac\u0131k Belediye Meclisinin 02.06.2009 tarih 37 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile onaylanan Konac\u0131k Revizyon-\u0130lave Uygulama \u0130mar Plan\u0131nda parselin kullan\u0131m amac\u0131 sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tesis alan\u0131 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu parsele y\u00f6nelik mimari proje m\u00fcellifince Belediyemize iletilen proje incelenerek, yukar\u0131da ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki imar plan\u0131, plan notlar\u0131 ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak 14.12.2023 tarih 2023\/641 say\u0131l\u0131 yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131nda yap\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m amac\u0131n\u0131n okul, \u00fcniversite, ara\u015ft\u0131rma oldu\u011fu yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 mimari projesinde e\u011fitim birimi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Belediyemizce s\u00f6z konusu parsele ili\u015fkin ne yap\u0131 ruhsatlar\u0131nda ne de mimari projesinde konut kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir izin verilmemi\u015ftir. Bahse konu projenin konut kullan\u0131m\u0131na ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve belediyemizce izinlendirilmesi s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Mimari proje bodrum kat+zemin kat+1 normal kat olarak projelendirilmi\u015ftir. Bodrum kat tamamen toprak alt\u0131nda kalmaktad\u0131r\/kalacakt\u0131r. Bodrum kat haricinde yap\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fi ilgili plan notunda 10,50 metre (2 kat) olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mimari proje buna uygun olarak d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Yerindeki imalat ile ilgili olarak, belediyemizce gerekli inceleme ve denetlemeler yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
