Vatanda\u015flara g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, hijyen standartlar\u0131nda en iyi hizmeti vermek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi mezbaha tesislerinde 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 17 Bin 347 b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f, 14 Bin 793 adet k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f hayvan kesilerek 5 Milyon 163 Bin 904 kg k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et elde edildi. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne kadar toplam kesilen hayvan say\u0131s\u0131 da 202.153\u2019e, \u00fcretilen et miktar\u0131 da 34 milyon 278 bin 356 kg\u2019a ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEZBAHA TES\u0130SLER\u0130N\u0130N ISO 22000:2018 SERT\u0130F\u0130KALARI YEN\u0130LEND\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mu\u011fla B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Mente\u015fe, Milas ve Marmaris Mezbaha Tesisleri Uluslararas\u0131 G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve Hijyen Standartlar\u0131na uygun k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et \u00fcretimi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen ISO 22000:2018 G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve Kalite Y\u00f6netim Sistemi kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen t\u00fcm denetimlerden ba\u015far\u0131yla ge\u00e7erek sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniledi.
