D\u00fczenlenen programa \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kayhan Dada\u015fo\u011flu, Fethiye G\u00fcmr\u00fck Muhafaza M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc B\u00fclent K\u0131nal\u0131 ve g\u00fcmr\u00fck muhafaza personelleri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcn anlam ve \u00f6nemi hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fan Fethiye G\u00fcmr\u00fck Muhafaza M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc B\u00fclent K\u0131nal\u0131, \u201c26 Ocak D\u00fcnya G\u00fcmr\u00fck g\u00fcn\u00fc tarih\u00e7esine k\u0131saca bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de kurucu \u00fcye \u00fclkesi oldu\u011fu 180 \u00fcye \u00fclkenin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla D\u00fcnya G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc temelini olu\u015fturan G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi Konseyi S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanm\u0131\u015f, 1952 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir. Al\u0131nan konsey 26 Ocak 1953 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bel\u00e7ika\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Br\u00fcksel\u2019de ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplanarak ad\u0131n\u0131 D\u00fcnya G\u00fcmr\u00fck G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak belirlemi\u015f ve yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ilk toplant\u0131 26 Oca\u011f\u0131\u2019n da \u00fcye \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda D\u00fcnya G\u00fcmr\u00fck G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kutlanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Kutlamalar kapsam\u0131nda D\u00fcnya G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc her y\u0131l bir tema belirlemektedir.
