Bu kapsamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen at\u00f6lyelerde sahada \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak personelin travmaya duyarl\u0131 hizmet \u00fcretmelerini merkeze alan y\u00f6ntemlerine katk\u0131da bulunmak ve hizmet s\u00fcrecinin uzun soluklu y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclebilmesini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ve destek konular\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Samimi bir ortamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen at\u00f6lyelerde deneyim aktar\u0131mlar\u0131 da yap\u0131l\u0131rken s\u00fcrecin uzun soluklu y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacaklar, ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi i\u00e7in y\u00f6ntemler, zorlu ya\u015fam deneyimlerinde travmaya duyarl\u0131 hizmet \u00fcretme teknikleri konular\u0131nda bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bodrum Belediyesi, 2019 tarihinden bug\u00fcne \u00fcretti\u011fi her hizmeti Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi perspektifinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye devam ediyor.
