Proje kapsam\u0131nda, hem yerel hem de il d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen arama kurtarma ekiplerinin enkazda arama ve kurtarma becerilerini geli\u015ftirebilecekleri, e\u011fitim ve tatbikat yapabilecekleri, arama kurtarma k\u00f6peklerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fi modern bir alan olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Toplant\u0131da, merkezde sa\u011flanacak imkanlar\u0131n afet an\u0131nda koordinasyon, birlik ve beraberli\u011fi daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fi vurguland\u0131.
