Duru\u015fma \u00f6ncesinde adliye binas\u0131 \u00e7evresinde kolluk kuvvetlerince yo\u011fun g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131nd\u0131. Hatay Belediye eski Ba\u015fkan\u0131 L\u00fctf\u00fc Sava\u015f ve baz\u0131 delegeler, CHP&#8217;nin 4-5 Kas\u0131m 2023 tarihlerindeki kurultay\u0131n\u0131n iptali i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 mahkemelerde dava a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
