G\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi boyunca sergiledi\u011fi disiplinli yakla\u015f\u0131m ve kamu d\u00fczenine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla ad\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ettiren Bulut, g\u00f6revini Mardin\u2019in Savur il\u00e7esinde tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda kendi iste\u011fiyle emeklili\u011fe ayr\u0131lan \u00d6zkan Bulut\u2019un bir s\u00fcredir amans\u0131z bir hastal\u0131kla m\u00fccadele etti\u011fi belirtildi. Tedavi s\u00fcreci devam eden Bulut, ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi. Fethiye\u2019nin sevilen simalar\u0131ndan birisi olan emekli polis memuru merhum \u00d6zkan Bulut i\u00e7in Akarca Camii\u2019nde bir t\u00f6ren d\u00fczenlendi. \u00d6\u011fle namaz\u0131na m\u00fcteakip k\u0131l\u0131nan cenaze namaz\u0131na \u0130yi Parti Fethiye \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tolga Turguto\u011fullar\u0131, Fethiye \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc amirleri, emniyet mensuplar\u0131, birlikte g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 arkada\u015flar\u0131, vatanda\u015flar ve ailesi kat\u0131ld\u0131.
