Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, FET\u00d6 Silahl\u0131 Ter\u00f6r \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne \u00dcye Olma su\u00e7undan adli i\u015flem g\u00f6ren ve dosyalar\u0131 istinaf a\u015famas\u0131nda bulunan \u00f6rg\u00fct mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yollarla yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ka\u00e7ma giri\u015fiminde bulunaca\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda \u015f\u00fcphelilerin Dat\u00e7a a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda, uluslararas\u0131 sulara yak\u0131n b\u00f6lgede bir tekne i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu belirlendi. Bunun \u00fczerine Sahil G\u00fcvenlik G\u00fcney Ege Grup Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile koordineli olarak operasyon d\u00fczenlendi. Operasyonda teknede bulunan 9 FET\u00d6 \u015f\u00fcphelisi ile tekne kaptan\u0131 H.Y. yakaland\u0131. Teknede yap\u0131lan aramada 40 bin 80 Euro, 200 Dolar ve 4 bin 752 TL para ile 3 adet sahte Bel\u00e7ika kimli\u011fi ele ge\u00e7irildi. \u0130lgili karar do\u011frultusunda tekneye de el konuldu.<\/p>\n

Yakalanan 9 \u015f\u00fcpheli, FET\u00d6 Silahl\u0131 Ter\u00f6r \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne \u00dcye Olma su\u00e7undan adli makamlara sevk edildi. Tekne kaptan\u0131 H.Y. hakk\u0131nda ise FET\u00d6 Silahl\u0131 Ter\u00f6r \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne Yard\u0131m Etme ve G\u00f6\u00e7men Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131. Adliyeye sevk edilen \u015f\u00fcphelilerden D.G. ve H.A. adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla serbest b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rken, M.S., S.B., Y.G., H.A., M.D., N.K., M.K. ve tekne kaptan\u0131 H.Y. olmak \u00fczere toplam 8 \u015f\u00fcpheli tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n
